Wilbur Passed Behind Enemy Lines to Bearing Vital Letters to French Officials
Amidst the beauty of the Moroccan, Colonel William Wilbur landed at Fedala amongst the leading assault waves. There was a firm and continuous defensive line across his route. Commandeering a vehicle, Wilbur was driven to hostile defenses under heavy fire.
