View the full sized digital painting by DreamWorks artist Matt Hall specially commissioned for the Congressional Medal of Honor Society. Matt will do a new painting each month telling a little bit of the stories of MOH recipients. This is a depiction of Frank Mitchell on the left single-handedly protecting his fellow soldiers as they pick up wounded and bring them back to safety. This occurred during twilight in a snow covered forest in Korea during the Korean War.
