Peter Wang is selected as a 2019 Young Hero Honoree for his courage on February 14, 2018, when he succumbed from injuries sustained while trying to help his classmates scape an incident at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida. Mr. Wang’s classmates credit him with saving several lives during the incident. Peter’s heroism reflects honorably on himself, his family, and the people of Florida.
