Unite in learning about the courage, sacrifice and legacy of WWI Medal of Honor Recipients John Lewis Barkley and William Shemin in an inspiring discussion with their daughters, Joan Barkley Wells and Elsie Shemin Roth. Joined by Congressional Medal of Honor Society’s Executive Director of Education Cathy Ehlers Metcalf, daughter of WWII Medal of Honor Recipient Walter Ehlers, be part of a conversation like no other on bravery, resilience and love of country. A brief introduction to educator resources will be provided at the end of the program.
