Blaine Hodge is selected as a 2019 Single Act of Heroism Honoree for his act of heroism on September 9, 2018, when he came to the aid of a woman being attacked by a man with a machete. Hodge’s compassion and extraordinary heroism reflects great credit upon himself, his family and the State of California.
