Sacrifice Your Scales

  1. Introduction

    In this sacrifice lesson for students, your kindergarteners will deepen their understanding of sacrifice through a combination of direct instruction, video, and books, including Marcus Pfister's The Rainbow Fish. They'll also create a rainbow fish art project that embodies their understanding of sacrifice, alongside a handful of other individual, small group, and whole group activities. For further learning, offer your students the post-lesson assessment and extended activity.
