If you choose to make an online donation to the CMOHS, you will have to provide your credit card billing information. If you are making a donation, the credit card information that you provide at the time of donation is used only to process your donation and will not be used by us for any other purposes.  Use of E-mail Address:

You may be asked to provide your email address and other personal information to the CMOHS or MOHF when you make a donation or create an online account. The CMOHS and MOHF will only use your e-mail address to send information about the CMOHS or MOHF (such as news and events, special programs and fundraising campaigns). You can unsubscribe from CMOHS/MOHF email at any time by following the instructions outlined on each email. The information gathered from subscribers to CMOHS/MOHF email (including email address) is not shared with other organizations or companies and we do not sell or rent email addresses.
