The Society’s Archives & Library serve as the memory and research center for the Medal of Honor, its Recipients, and the Congressional Medal of Honor Society.
Collections Include:
The Research collection is open to the public for use remotely or in person, by appointment. We cannot permit researchers to borrow original materials. Access to certain collections may be restricted due to privacy or copyright concerns—when this occurs, researchers will be informed as to restrictions. To request reference help or to set up an appointment, please contact the Archives staff.
Open: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Closed Federal holidays.
