We are dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Medal of Honor and its Recipients, inspiring America and its Veterans, and supporting Recipients in their continued service across the United States. 

Our Character Development Program was created to support this mission. It is a free program for teachers to utilize in their classrooms and focuses on the values of integrity, courage, commitment, sacrifice, citizenship, and patriotism to inspire students from kindergarten through high school. 

As part of our program, we provide a variety of resources, including webinars. On July 20th, we will be hosting a back-to-school webinar to help teachers prepare for the upcoming school year. 

Get Ready to Go Back to School 

This exciting, thirty-minute presentation is a great way for elementary, middle, and high school educators to learn about recent updates to the Medal of Honor Character Development Program. 

Our educators have been hard at work creating new lessons, an online training program, refreshed resources, and engaging activities. Our team will go over all of these new initiatives and explain how each one can be utilized. 

Whether teachers have used the program for years and want a refresher or they are new to the CDP, this conversation will help them understand how they can get their students engaged in conversations about the Medal of Honor and its values.
