As a pediatrician for more than 60 years, Dr. Spino has helped tens of thousands of children and their families. At times, he has traveled long distances to get to families who are unable to travel. He has saved thousands of lives through his care and inspired many more to become pediatricians to care for children. Spino also invented multiple devices to treat babies, which he then donated. Dr. Pascal Spino’s lifetime’s commitment to treating children who cannot afford healthcare continues to be an inspiration and a credit to the state of Pennsylvania and to his fellow Americans.
