The end of the year is a time of great reflection and gratitude as we celebrate holidays with our loved ones near and far, and although this year will look different than the years before, there is still much to be thankful for. For us, we are grateful for our supporters, like you, who have continued to partner with us. We appreciate your ongoing support during a time of constant change.  

Through your donations, we have been able to continue to preserve Recipient archives as well as the programs the Recipients champion through the Society. Here’s what you need to know as you consider contributing to the Society’s mission in 2021.  

Ensuring Donor Security

Donating to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization can be nerve-racking if you are unsure about the ways that your donation will be used or if your gift will be secure. To ensure our donors’ security, we have firm policies and protocols to give our partners peace of mind. After all, you have inherent rights as a donor, and you should know how your generosity makes a difference!

How to Give

As the number of living Medal of Honor Recipients sadly declines, we need your help more than ever. You can answer this call by giving today to support our mission in 2021.  

Here are several ways that you can help us preserve the legacy of the Medal of Honor while  honoring the sacrifices of the Recipients:  

• Live out the values (courage, sacrifice, commitment, integrity, citizenship, and patriotism) of the Medal of Honor in your daily life  
• Inspire the next generation in your community  
• Perpetuate the legacy of the Medal of Honor by sharing Recipients’ stories  
• Give directly to the Society’s mission and outreach programs
