No Greater Love Book Signing
PFC Michael Crescenz was just 19 years old when he picked up an M60 during an ambush in Vietnam and charged four enemy machine gun bunkers. He made the ultimate sacrifice, but saved the soldiers around him and was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor. “No Greater Love” tells the story of Michael’s act of valor, and also describes the family, friends and Philadelphia community that shaped the much-admired young man who was thought of as heroic long before he donned the uniform. The book also shows how, more than 50 years after his death, those who loved him most and the local veteran community are keeping his memory alive to inspire future generations.
